Naga-Namgor is 2 hours drive, north of Mangan, the headquarters of North-Sikkim district. This village count 500 inhabitants, on which 30% are less than 10 years old. Many smaller remoted villages surround Naga-Namgor, which is the last one of this size on the unique road to the north.

The local government asked Cluny sisters to open an elementary school 3 years ago, which counts over 30 students and now it requests F. Juan to develop it. Goal is to double the school in term of size and students in the 12 coming months.
